DIEKA AUTOMATION sells software licences, online listing plans and software / automation services. We do not ship physical goods.
1. Rx Pad licence
The licence key is shown on the payment receipt page immediately after a successful payment, with a button that activates it in Rx Pad. The receipt link can be opened again at any time to see the key. The app itself is used at diekaautomation.in/rxpad.
2. City Doctors listing plans
The plan is applied to your doctor profile within a few minutes of payment and is shown in DocDesk → Listing plan. You also receive a WhatsApp confirmation.
3. Software and automation projects
Delivery dates, installation and training are as written in the quotation or agreement for each project. Industrial automation work is carried out at the client's site in Chhattisgarh and nearby states, as agreed.
4. If you did not receive it
Email support@diekaautomation.in or WhatsApp +91 88276 42447 with your receipt number. We resolve delivery problems within 3 working days, or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
